Infant and toddler
Infant and toddler care offers an opportunity for our staff to share in a special relationship. Each baby has a crib and storage area of his/her own. Designated spaces are available for feeding, soothing and playing one-on-one with the caregiver. As infants grow, staff socializes with the children and gives them words for what they see, hear and feel. First opportunities for play are available on an individual developmental level.
Preschool Program
Children are taught on an individual basis unique to their own stage of development. Topics and activities are catered to what the children are interested in so to keep children's interest at peak levels. Classrooms are arranged into learning centers, which allow children the freedom to play and develop skills. The daily schedule is a carefully planned balance between self-directed and adult-guided activities and the rooms are arranged into learning and activity centers. During "free play" children have the freedom to choose activities and playmates. Each child is offered group experiences, one-on-one interactions and also time to play alone if s/he chooses.
Children are encouraged to participate in activities but are never forced to do so. We offer children an opportunity to play outdoors daily.

Music Program
In our preschool, we believe music is important for early development. Therefore, we have songbirds of Music Together visit our preschool to do a music circle once a week. Each child receives a CD and song book about the instrument we are studying at that time.
Music Together classes are based on the recognition that all children are musical. All children can learn to sing in tune, keep a beat, and participate with confidence in the music of our culture, provided that their early environment supports such learning. By emphasizing actual music experiences rather than concepts about music, Music Together introduces children to the pleasures of making music instead of passively receiving it from CDs or TV.
